Thanks for letting me know. Yes we checked everything folder but no email from ndvo. Probably they forgot to hit send button

***update*** Got email (sponsor) that file transferred to NDVO for further processing. So new passport photos went thru Thanks guys

Yes that's why I mailed them. We can upload pics online by putting them in word / pdf file but for us there is specific size that's the problem. I would suggest you to call cic and see what they have to say. I did call but the agent wasn't that updated with this issue. she did hold twice to...

Yes that's the size mentioned in the link.It seems they have just changed the photo requirement. Earlier it used to be 35x45 but now I think for PR application & PR card the size is 50 x 70

Yes I'm in canada. My spouse sent her pics to me and then i forwarded them to cic today

The link sent to me specified photo size of 50 x 70. I sent 6 photos (3 with photo studio details on back)
