What education documents are needed to be sent to WES?

Hi,

I'm looking at immigrating to Canada. I need to know what educational documents are required to be sent to WES. Do we send them GRAD & POST GRAD MARK SHEETS OR JUST TRANSCRIPTS? Will be glad if you can clear this confusion. Also can you help me outline the entire procedure of sending across documents? Like when has one to create a WES account etc.

Create a profile on WES website, submit and Pay. Rest of the instructions and list of documents they will email you.

Has anyone encountered issues with WES rejecting shipment? Our shipment is proper as required but still this is second time they refused.

Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
