Depends on the nomination you mean. OID or EE? EE is faster from what people here are saying. OID may take a couple of months.

I think both NOCs have similar job duties. If thats the case, you can claim both, if not you can claim the one that relates most with 4163 because that is the NOC on the SINP list. 0131 is not on SINP list for EE.
