Nah the doctor's statement that he would contact me if there was anything :S i am really bothered by that statement.

Just came back from the medical test.. They never gave me anything to send to New Delhi & said as this is IMM1017 form there ain't any proof that applicant has to send and the medical test report would be directly mailed to CHC. Secondly the DMP was blunt & rude not like the one i visited the...

Lol yea ! I think its the pink form that we have to send which we get after making a payment at the bank in favor of CPC - M.
