Time didnt increase at all. Its the same time frame. But i would it depends on case to case. If immigration doesnt find any thing fishy in the case , then i think it would take maximum 6 months, Finger crossed......i think asking them again and again its not a good idea. Bcz they are working on...

Hey Guys what type of visa they issue ? Does it show Permanent Residency visa or something else? and those have got their visas , i am just curious to know, for how long it was valid ?

They had sent an email in which they asked me to pay the landing fees and submit my passport. I think they dont gonna take 12 months or so. But let see. They were received my medical and file much. I think it might have worked in positive direction.

Yaa that was DM for the sponsorship Approval and hence sent to NDVO. I think i have wait at least couple of months to get DM for the whole process.

One more question, Embassy wants PCC if we have stayed in any country for more than 6 months. Wht about if some one has stayed in Canada for more than 6 months on student visa? Does he has to submit the PCC from there too or he doesnt need to submit???

Hey guys quick question, When i had request to submit my passport, i was told to pay the landing fees also, which was around 495$. I think we have to pay this fees along with our file when we initially submit at Mississuaga ?

Before my file was moved to India NDVO, it was showing only DM. I didnt check before that what was showing there. Then after few days later i got an email which was telling that they have approved my file and they have sent it to India for further process.
