I think most of the people who got PPRs recently are inlands. At least your BG check is started.

RPRF doesn't matter.. People can get any time after paying it. My eligibility was not even started two months after paying RPRF according to my GCMS notes.

My exact same situation. RPRF Oct 20th and no news afterwards. I even got the job bank e-mail on the same day as you.
