I believe on your reject letter, it should say that you should apply for restoration in 3 months, is that right? that means you need submit your application before March 3rd. if you could submit your visitor application before March 3, you are ok to stay until you got your visitor visa...

as long as you are on implied status, I believe you are OK to stay. If you have enough saving money to support you, there is no reason refusing you.
