I think few people are in similar boat like us. Most cases before may 14 already at least have approvals., There are very few people I'll tag their name from what i remember @Roya-FSW @calgary17 @qjzhou @joyus @S_Thind @igor4rus @ZOYAMAN13 @luckymystery and few more.

I'm from may 14 too and and ecas is still in process since aug 29 for both. NO CHANGE after that.
