Same case applies to me. One of my previous company has shut down. However i have submitted all the relevant docs along with responsibilities letter from one of my colleague. Anyone who has rejected due to this can bring some light here. But i am worried too.

Responsibilities in an email body is advised in this case. You can choose to send responsibilities in one email if you have multiple employers or multiple emails qouls also work. But only one email would bea right thing to do.
