well based on what i have seen first hand from my sister's application was that they usually return the whole application and ask you to resubmit the forms. they will keep all ur evidence and data but will return only the application forms. some cases though they might request you to send only...

i just compared the November change to the February change of the IMM0008 i cant see a difference. what is the new change?

they have removed the question after question 3 on the first page where it asks to include the immigration office requested to process the app.
