i think its best to just pay it... They will return it anwaysif you overpaid ( from what i read on this forum ) :D whats impt is they will start to process your application.

Validity of owp depends on passport expiration, is this true? Ill submit my application next month and my passport will expire on august 2016. Kindly advise please... Thank you. :)
