Ang Red Ribbon- Authentication cErtificate ng DFA ay para lang sa mga documents na nanggaling sa Pilipinas. Ipa notary mo lang mga documents mo. Then saka ka pumunta sa DFA. Pag galing sa abroad, nde mo na need ipa autehnticate yun.

On that case just send your police clearance. Ill attach a letter also explaining why you cant get a new or updated one. Just tell them na wala ka na kakilala dun. Im sure they will understand. Alam nila na its hard to get a police clearance sa KSA. Yung husband ko hindi ko na muna pinakuha...
