Are you able to track via the VFS website? I believe the tracking status would have changed to "this application is being processed at the Canada visa office, singapore" once it has reached SVO. Otherwise it would be something like "visa application has been forwarded to CVO, SG"

Congrats man! Submitted my passport as well on 18 Nov so really hoping it's just an oversight on their part! When I click on final decision, it does say they have made their final decision and they'll let me know via email if it's approved or declined so this is a bit harrowing!

To add to the last response, if they specifically requested original documents to be sent (i.e. Police clearance), then to you have to send it by mail to CEM through VFS.
