It seems that your cousin has not a multiple entry visa. So if he will leave canada, he have to apply again for a new visa

Even though my application has been rejected, but i am still enthusiastic and will get the visa at any cost. I got admission in Ryerson University after the struggle of 1 year and 3 rejections. Now i don't want to miss this chance of improving my education in Canada

In some cases a transcript is not available. In this case you may send your DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate) mentioning that your university do not issue transcripts. An email with from the registrars office along with a scanned copy of your DMC will work fine. Remember to send an attested copy...
