hey guys my VISA is rejected ! .... dunno wat to do .... the reason was .... studies missmatch ! .. is there any chance i'll get my visa the second time ! ?

which course had u applied and wht is ur background studies?

If they have problems only with ur Study line (study mismatch), then write a strong SOP and reapply,
If all other documents are fine in ur previous application you will surely get the Visa on the second Attempt . All the best
If u are in India, people have got their visas in 15-20 days in their second attempt

1. With a first class marks in 12th standard and around 3 years of work experience, why not try for a full undergraduate degree course!

2. SOP is not going to work. You really need a major change in your profile. Apply for a new course. Since you have more thn enough funding, so that’s not a probable reason for visa refusal. Something is wrong with your course selection. With a 3 year work experience, maybe you should consider a full undergraduate degree course.

* Read your refusal letter again and see there is nothing like a study mismatch. CHC India do not give/entertain any specific reason of refusal. All you get one very generalized refusal letter.

Reason was : study missmatch !

My suggestion is no different from enfields. I have seen people having gap/work experience after 12th grade applying for Post Secondary Diploma getting rejections. As funding is no problem and you have 3 years of experience, try for University. You can even go for applied degree from some community college but try University and you shall get your visa.
