Test passed but got finger print letter

Hi Abidcro, I am not very sure, but going by CIC description, unfortunately your application may fall under "non-routine" category. More experienced members can comment on this. Just one suggestion! If you submit paper-based fingerprints (obtained for free in any local RCMP office) to RCMP...

    Vancouver Oath Timeline after Test/Interview

Congrats on the change of status to "Decision Made"! Don't worry about the "In Process" status for your wife and child, as it is evident from other threads in this forum that the eCAS updates are not always consistent. Some have received Oath Letter while eCAS showed "In Process", whereas for...

Reading the "Discover Canada" study guide well and perhaps, few practice tests in the links suggested above should be more than enough. Good luck with your test!

My eCAS status changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made" today. No change in the details after I click on it.

    Feb 2015 citizenship applicants

It appears strange as they always inform the local office, but no need to worry as this could well be due to the glitch in the CIC eCAS, which led to the "disappearance" of the transfer line from many of the applicants including me!

    Vancouver Oath Timeline after Test/Interview

Like you guys, the "transferred to Vancouver office" line in my eCAS disappeared a week or two ago and never showed up again. My eCAS status is also "In Process", however, in my case, the eCAS was updated with test invite information including test date even before I received the actual letter...

    Vancouver Oath Timeline after Test/Interview

@TheCoolGuySam Thank you for compiling the number of days it took for each person from test date to Oath date. I am really surprised at the wide range: 42-94 days. I just did my test on 3rd June and so will have to wait for another 3 months.

Mistake made in Citizenship application ( need to advice on how to correct).

If your mother's previous application is indeed complete, then there is no issue at all. She will be issued an AOR for the first one and will be processed as usual. If the second application reaches on the 10th, it will be kept on hold for you until you advise CIC about its fate. On the other...

    Feb 2015 citizenship applicants

Great! Enjoy your vacation, Aspat! But keep an eye on the eCAS regularly. This should give you at least 3 weeks notice to make arrangements when required, e.g., if there is a test invite!
