I received my test invitation today!

Letter date : June 12, 2015 - Test date : July 14, 2015

Unfortunately, they used the wrong first name on the invitation, so I called CIC to ask them to correct it ...

Hi. My timeline is similar to yours expect my processing started end of march. I received my invitation last week and my exam will take place next week in Montreal. Your application seems to go smoothly, so i'd say u will get ur invitation sometime in july.

It appears strange as they always inform the local office, but no need to worry as this could well be due to the glitch in the CIC eCAS, which led to the "disappearance" of the transfer line from many of the applicants including me!

This is the ECAS for my wife (India) and kid (born in USA)

1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 19, 2015.

2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 13, 2015.

file transferred to local office Mississauga on Apr 21, 2015 (this line has been deleted since few days)

3.We started processing your application on May 6, 2015.

I applied separately in Nov 1 2014 and already became citizenship on Jun 02. and my processing happened in Scarborough Office.

We kind of have the same timeline, our files have been transferred to the Calgary office on May 8th.I haven't heard anything about what you said...Where did you get that information?

Finally in Process

My application has been moved to In Process.
One thing I noticed that changed. I have a home address and a PO Box for mail. Up until now, I have always seen my PO Box on ECAS.
Now that my file has moved to In Process, for the first time I've seen that my Postal Address has been removed from the system. I assume this indicates they will not be using the mailing address anymore?

A great way to finish the weekend. Another great piece of news got an update today and my file is now transferred to Local office for processing.
