It means some internal processing has been done on your application by IRCC. Hope you will get your result soon!! I have also applied for TRV on Novemver 3, 2016 and received same message on November 04, 2016. Regards, Rohit

I have also not traveled any other country. So, It did not even ask for medical exam form while getting forms for tourist visa. I think, It is not required for first time international travelers. I filed my application on 3rd November and have also not received any update so far.
