That is hard to say. You can't really base that off of what it says because it's still an open decision. They can say one thing on a peice of paper but they can change their minds whenever they please. You will just have to wait for your answer.

I would also say Vancouver as well because of the area. I mean I have family out there as well so to be honest of course I would say that BUT the weather is neutral compared to Winn.

Dang! they ask all those questions are you serious? That is major. I know that that process is a thick one. Nervousness is an understatement when talking about being in that situation.
