i sent it through email in pdf format a month before they requested additional documents, when i did get additional documents it did ask for the AOM again and the right of permanent resident fee..it gave three options, either my email or mycic... so i uploaded it to mycic thinking it be quicker...

February 9 they asked for advisory on marriage which I already provided a month before that and they confirmed they did when I emailed them to inquire. Also the right of permanant resident fee they asked for
