when I first added my sister to application to get the extra points I had already gave them my sis pr card and bank statement but unfortunately the bank statement was taken on line so it was not shown her name and her address ,,,so they asked for more details...that why i am confused and afraid...

but the letter specifically states that they will not accept utility bills and telephone and electricity bills as a conclusive evidence that she is living in Canada so what shall i add more can you please advice...do you think that they might reject my application?

my deep feelings is that i am in safe and by the ways i did do an ielts exam and in the second i got 10 points ill take my chances wish me luck....at is the expected period to know my status after submitting my papers 4 month?

he is afraid that they do not calculet my husbend education 3 points!!!which is very weird since he have got 12 years of full eduaction and diplomas each one 9 month so total diploma is 1.5 year although he did mentioned that no budy gor refused befor because of adding up 9 month + 9 month...

thankssss so shall i go ahead and note be scared of refusal??

Dear Mark , thank you your earliest reply ..i am not really sure i just followed up with my lawyer today and I have presented my sister PR card and he calculated my points and he said it is not enough I really do know what to do and i am in a real mess!!i told him that my points are enough...

ok i got it now so i have 10 for points for my age since i am 26 10 for my sis since she is PR 21 for my experience and 25 for my education and i got 6 in reading 6 in writing and 605 listening and 6 in the speaking shall i send my papers now??is that acceptable???
