    It's not required for canada pcc, if they need they will ask for it later. But they need pcc for every country you stayed more than 6 months from age of 18

    Late Application

    Sometimes Canada post do not update status in their system. File a complain; they will assign a supervisor - get their extension/email address, they will be able to tell you when it was delivered.
