In the past they were very strict with this. As soon as they announced the date the changes taking effect they took the old form out of the website. If an application is received at the CPC-S on or after June 11, 2015, but an old version of the form (predating the June 2015 version) was used...

I got mine at 7 PM EST You can't really predict, as it will depend on the number of emails to be send out and the time between two emails sent. They have to pace it out so that other servers don't consider it as spam.

gn and westzhu, you guys will get it very soon. I think Ottawa is working in full pace. Not sure who issues PR card but recently it's only 50 days.

They mark your file as ready to send PPR during regular business hour After hours, a daily scheduled job picks it up and sends you email.
