I don't know, but there is one from filipino forum who used "scripts" to track his e-cas. He did not checked his e-cas everyday. He just received an email and SMS only if there are any changes in his e-cas.. We asked him how he did that and he promised to share the tracker (scripts) once he land...

I checked my ecas today 3 times... still "received by VO".. I think Visa officers are busy with march & april applicants as of the moment. Just a thought.

Athan, Write an explanation to VO regarding your concern. If you can show them proof (e.g. proof of payment for your IELTS exam and NBI processing), that would be better. It only means that you are really trying to get them within reasonable time after the 120 days. I hope it helps.

I think processing time all depends on the documents we have submitted AND the VO processing it.. But lets think positively because AFAIK, Canada immigration is aiming to reduce the backlogs and reduce the processing time. Thus, new rule (June 26) came out.

To get the maximum highest points which is 16 in IELTS, you should get score AT LEAST 7.5 in Listening and 6.5 for the other three language skills (W, R, S). BTW, IELTS for immigration purposes expires in 1 year from the date stated in your TRF. Good luck!
