    London and/or UK based applicants

It says on the website here that they're still open to process PPR's so that's good https://visa.vfsglobal.com/gbr/en/can/news/vac-resumed

    London and/or UK based applicants

I really hope so. It's interesting to see another outland CEC applicant since almost all are inland. And our AOR dates are fairly close. Do you know if you have passed eligibility/criminality/security yet?

Looks like quite a few people with May AOR just got approved. So much for IRCC not focusing on May applicants because we are past 6 months. It can be hard reading through these forums and remaining positive about your application because there are always people writing negative things without...

That's a ghost update. Where it shows application updated but then it will change back to submitted once you login. It's usually a sign of movement in your file, so it's a positive thing.

ALL ABOUT GCMS - HOW TO ORDER, READ, & GENERAL QUESTIONS ANSWERED

I submitted a webform a couple of months ago to update my address but didn't hear anything back. Should this change of information show up in GCMS notes? I received mine recently and don't see it anywhere in there.

I would order GCMS notes if I were you. That page in your account doesn't update until the final decision is made, so even if you have passed the background check it will still say the same message until you receive PPR. So GCMS notes are best to see exactly where your application is at.

    COPR and coronavirus

You answered you own question. If you get approved after 18th March you are not allowed to travel yet. There are exemptions only if you have a family member in Canada or you are currently living in the US. All we can do at the moment is keep waiting and hope they change the travel restrictions...

    PPR delays due to covid-19

In that article it mentions Marco Mendicino will be attending the committee. I searched him on google and he is the Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship. On his website his office email is ircc.minister-ministre.ircc@cic.gc.ca Maybe we can also send in letters to his email...

I ordered GCMS notes. It tells you all the details on your application and is the best way to see how far along your application is. If you're inside Canada you can request them for free or if you are outland then you can get them from somewhere like https://www.getgcms.com/

The status bar is just a countdown of 6 months. So everyone with AOR before May 2nd will be at 100%. It doesn't actually show how far along your application is.
