Because she was born outside Canada but gotten citizenship through one of her parents So we have both options? stay in our current country and submit the application outland, or, move to Canada with child as a visitor and submit inland?

In our case the sponsor is Canadian citizen not a PR, and she sponsored me and our current child, sec, we live in a visa exempt country. So we have both of the options? inland and outland?

In our situation, the spouse is already a PR and the child was born outside of Canada. so it's a brand new application only for him. Can it be outland?? I've read it can only be done inland.

Did anyone sponsored a dependent child alone and can tell how long it took and what exact forms was sent?

No short version? most of the forms are for a spouse (like background declaration), or depended child living outside Canada (3911e) sec, does the sponsor need ti send the evaluation again if it's not the first sponsorship application?
