Had to postpone my studies from Jan 9 till Sep due to unexpected visa rejection for not having enough funds, I decided to pay tuition as proof for having funds for my next application, but when should i reapply for the visa since Sep is 9 months away?

I got refused 2 times for not having enough funds, so on my first attempt i will pay tuition for the first semester to prove that i do have enough funds, but if it still gets refused, should i just quit and persue a different country?

They say they will give me a full refund of i drop my courses before 22 jan which is good because they sp application only takes about 2 weeks to process here in lebanon if it was on paper
