I got rejected again today because they weren't satisfied with my purpose of visit and that I don't have enough financial support.
This doesn't any sense because I have about 70k USD in funds and i don't understand why they aren't satisfied with the purpose of visit since I included my acceptance letter and CAQ.
What should I do? Should I hire an attorney?

You'll need to provide your complete profile. Impossible to comments with the very limited info you've provided. The purpose of visit refusal reason can mean many different things including lack of ties to home country, education doesn't make sense in light of previous education / experience, etc.

I applied offline at the visa office in Beirut, Lebanon.
Reasons of refusal : 1st: insufficient funds, 2nd : insufficient funds and purpose of visit which makes no sense :(
Profile : graduated from a lebanse university, electronics engineering major with GPA : 3.36 / 4
IELTS : 7
Accepted at concordia university, course : telecommunications engineering.
Dad will be supporting with 50k USD in his account, brother also with about 30k CAD and sister with 23k USD.
My brother is a self employed canadian citizen..

Having a Canadian citizen brother is most likely working against you since CIC likely has concerns you have plans to remain in Canada long term.

What evidence did you provide to show proof of ties to your home country?

I'm not clear what you're planning on taking at Concordia. Is it another Bachelors or a Masters? Or is it something else?

I'm talking a master's degree, and i provided them with proof that the rest of my family is here in lebanon and that we own properties

One of my friend applied for student visa on 29 Nov and today she got rejection of her visa.

The reasons that were stated as follows:

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification, previous studies, missing mark sheets, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

She has completed her B.tech in CSE in 2012 and was employed for 4 yrs with a software firm as a software engineer.

Pls through light why she has got rejection

Based on what I've read, this reason of refusal is usually given if she's pursuing a diploma and not a degree, but I'm not sure
