does it tells u your app received date when u click on in process link? if it does your PER has been issued might be in spam and until u c decision made at early stage I(cio level) its very positive so stay one good luck ;D

PER:-Positive eligibility review (when you pass Canadian test :P issued by CIC/CIO) AOR:- Acknowledgement of receipt issued by VO when they get ur file from CIO after PER (not all VOs send for ex NDVO doesn't but PVO does so its OK) hope it helps ;D
