Re: OWP for Student's Spouse Oh , I see what you mean.. Yeah, when I applied for my visitor visa and my husband for his wp, we were still single ( as we could not apply as common-law because we did not have 1 full year of cohabiting..) So this application would be the first one as married...

Anyone!? Cause as far as I know, the implied status for owp exist for PR applications in process, but I am not sure if it works the same way for my situation
