Thanks @ankz001. So the process would be: 1) Send webform to request passports to be send to ottawa 2) Wait for their response on webform, hopefully an approval to do so 3) Send the passport to Ottawa. Is this how it will happen?

Hi, If LVO is New Delhi, then does parents need to be in India at the time of PPR? Can they be in Canada and send their passport to New Delhi? If not can they send it to CPC - Mississauga?
