1) In form IMM5768 we should NOT mention the parent names (for whom we are submitting the current application) and DOB on page 2 questions 9 and 10 (previous undertaking), correct?

IMM0008enu_2d - My father has only one dependent (my mother) and therefore I dont need to fill additional dependent form.

I read the whole guide and I understood the same . I think we just need to fill only these forms. Correct me if I am wrong

Imm5768, Q 16&17, No co-signer need for my application. Can I leave these two section blank or put in N/A.

I am in the same boat (no need of co-sponsor), would like to know if we can put N/A not just for question 16 and 17 but also for 15?

I was a minor when I got my citizenship and my mom being so old doesn't remember where she keeps the letter invitation (that's via snail mail not email years ago).

I was a co-sponsor and I write a approximate date (summer in year xxxx) in the form. But we have attached a letter and I explanation the situation.

I could not find any reference anywhere. So I am leaving UCI empty for my parents who are on super Visa.

You will find it on medical request form they sent you.

Can anyone tell me the average time it takes to process parents sponsorship file.. website says 24 months but I have heard some people saying it takes 12 to 15 months

24 months is their SLA. But it can be done earlier then what they say.

May be your Citizenship certificate is diffrent than recent certificates. On my Certificate have effective date.
Try to look for any communication in email or when you applied your passport . or anything you chnaged on based of citizenship.

Older ones do not have date. I have the same issue.

It's clearly mentioned in checklist and guideliness that filled by primary applicant only. it will be 1 form only.
