    I have not ordered GCMS notes, but my this could be my case too. I enquired through CSE Webform and I came to know that my case has sent to CPC Ottawa (nothing about the date though). As an speculation, the letter might being sent when the case is sent to CPC. Not helpful though o_O

    I am applying from Iran and I had to do biometrics. At the beginning after MEP I saw IP2 message and then after RPRF payment, it rolled back to IP1 and still is the same. There is no particular pattern it seems.

    Your timeline is pretty close to mine. As far as I read here and there, “Not Applicable” has no significance and also, there is no reason to be worried. Waiting club is our residency address for next couple of months.
