Thanks for your info. I used credit card and I don't see a refund. I presume if the app was returned, at least some of the fees should be refunded. Of course, I still hope they found my app and didn't return it.. :)

Thought I just share my case: Called CIC again. Was told that they still cannot locate my application nor link with my payment receipt number... they are currently processing June 12th applications. One agent told me to wait for one more month and call them back. He said they have "new standard"...

If you do a search on the web, you will find it was developed by a British immigrant to Canada (Matthew?). The site is legit, but it provides less update for citizenship than PR app.

Still cannot login... Called CIC yesterday, was told they have not started my application yet and I can call them back in 2 weeks to check... They said if the app were returned there would be some note in the system. What ref number do you guys use to login ECAS? UCI?
