Thanks guys! I had 2 immigration lawyer gone through my application before I sent - should be pretty complete. Also, there is no return note in CIC system, nor payment refunded in Credit card. And, I was able to login ECAS about 60 days after delivered date which makes me think they did receive...

Have you been able to log in to ECAS at all? You can try to ask CIC to check your payment receipt number to see if it's been used.

I need to figure out what's going on with my first application. if it was returned, why. so that i can prepare my 2nd application accordingly. But, to be honest, my application should be quite straightforward... have been working full time since Day 1 in Canada.. paid a lot of taxes... single...

I thought CIC call center agents are looking at the same database as we do. If we cannot log into ECAS, they cannot see anything on their side, either, no?

From Markham, too. Mine was delivered on May 29th. Cannot even login to ECAS...

Thanks for sharing your status. The weird thing about my application is I could login ECAS to see my complete PR app at the end of July for 1 day. That should suggest that they at least touched my application, right?

Appreciate your replies. As for the payment, the CIC agents did suggest to just attach the same payment receipt as it has not linked to any application yet..
