Just a head'up. you can do this even if you don't have a US visa. just tell the US official that u need to land to Canada, they will do some paperwork and re-direct you back to Canada. My friend did this. his wife and kid didn't have US visa.

they already have your picture. its on the form on which you sign in the box. They will automatically send your PR card to the Canadian address you provided at the time of landing. you don't need to apply.

i already have the DM on my e-cas, and i have applied for CSQ. was just wondering if the app was transferred to ND without CSQ or with CSQ.

if thats the case then i believe my file has not yet reached ND :(
