I have happy news to share, I got PPR today!!!!! I hope that all other Dec and Jan applicants get good news this week :):)")

I also passed medical in July. I think they need to extend our results so that we have enough time to do the landing :(

We're all in the same situation. There have been days I couldn't even get up in the morning I was so depressed and worried. I wonder if they understand what they're doing to people's lives

I think they're waiting to extend our medicals to give us more time to land :( otherwise we'd have like 2 weeks to send passports, get them back and flagpole. Which makes me wonder why they gave us MR so early in the first place

I think you can find out by ordering gcms, CBSA and CSIS notes. From what I understand it's a more thorough screening of the applicant than usual for whatever reason

I think usually when applications go on for that long it means the applicant was selected for security screening, which I heard can add 6-9 months to the processing time :(

I just called CIC and the lady confirmed that my security has passed and the file is pending final review. Medical expires on 6 July. I really hope December and January applicants get cleared this month! :)
