I will not be able to submit my PCC with my application because it is in transit and I do not want to waste my time waiting for it... I will submit it when I receive my AOR. My questions is: Do I need to send a cover letter or something which says PCC is not attached and I will send it across...

I agree with SanoritaBella... Ppl who were fooled by such scammers are courageous enough to share this freely in a forum full of people because they think they can save other ppl by sharing this bad experience.. I think we should be supportive to them rather than saying they are fool and stuff...

Jes_ON Thank you very much for the reply.. is it okey if I send extra document rather than sending less documents? I mean I know that RCMP is required for now but they ask for it in 80% of the cases so why not send it with the application and save some processing time?
