We can't apply for bowp , just apply for wp extension same employer. That's what two lawyers have told me, Basic difference is bowp u pay $255 and wp extension same employer you pay $155. Either way we are not qualified for any of these so why to pay extra $100

I talked to someone in this forum who got OINP while he was on implied status

Ofcourse 115 days is processing time for paper application, I am taking this risk because if OINP doesn't work for me I still have ITA chances when score drops by the year end and this way I don't want to loose my Job and my benifits since provincial health card will also expire with my work...

I have confirmed with OINP , just need to send them proof of being on implied status and thats what they need.

Only if My IELTS result was not delayed by a month ., I would have got ITA in Feburary draws.

Did u had LMIA or LMO ? Can you tell on what basis u applied ? Job letter ? Any explanation letters attached ?

I don't have either of those , I have applied for AINP as well as OINp and o hope from any of the programs !!

Yes , I will check that and update accourdingly, I am sitting at 458 , hoping for oinp !! This is very stressful

I did not gave Incomplete form , I am saying I did not write NA where it was not letting me write , most of them were sub sections of the questions where initial answer was already yes or no and would not let me write anything
