I have the same, except the additional documents, they're still under review. So the question is, we don't we see again the word of "We are processing your application" for the application status and it's replaced with "if we need more information from you or once a final decision has been made...

I already provided the documents 40 days ago ! And the status still shows reviews the documents

Well for my visa office , the standard processing time is 10 weeks, now I passed 14 weeks. But they already asked for additional document, maybe this is the reason !!

I didn't have the chance to get a direct call with an agent through Call Center. I just use it to listen for the status. That's it. I have to wait for end of this month before sending an inquiry mail, this is as advised by my attorney !
