I've just called the call center and managed to hear my status properly. looks like it was a technical issue and now it's solved.
I'm afraid I don't have access to MyCIC since I applied through an attorney.
I applied in end of Dec 2017, and still waiting !!

You could also submit a request via the webform, as it has exceeded the normal processing times.

I didn't have the chance to get a direct call with an agent through Call Center. I just use it to listen for the status. That's it.
I have to wait for end of this month before sending an inquiry mail, this is as advised by my attorney !
