Friend, many people here on the forum reported who applied in aug/sep for 2171/2173 but their files were just returned in Jan/Feb.

No.DD expires after 6 months until if it not mentioned on it otherwise.and its CIC requirement too.

The number was 370,you can still check in SS. BUT, it would be at least 60 days back reflection.

I already mentioned my [ RESULT ] there. :'( on the serious note ; Buddy difficult to conclude any thing .

I think we can't say that; as there is contradiction in responses.Plus they can not return it so quickly because Eligibility Review must be under process yet as PER is moving around 1st Dec. But absence of charging is threatening.In general Hopes are Low.

isn't possible that your debit card be charged ? just confirm with the bank.

observed it for NOC 2171 ; you can still check it in SS ,it was stopped around 12/13 November then resumed & Stopped on 20 November. Not sure, but there may be other NOCs as well. WIshing u good Luck. what is ur app date ?

I think you don't need to worry at all as far as there is no issue in your app; it is very cold NOC. Best of Luck.

Try again...It happened once to me too but rest of the times (3 at least) it was alright.

Doesn't it mean that cap hasn't been reached yet if your file is opened(r u sure about that ?) ; otherwise there is no use of it...! what was the final verdict of the agent/operator about your application ? Wishing u all the best.

There are many things to hope like EE but sorry to inform you that no hope in 2171 for November Applicant.as it is already capped around 2-sep.Many September applicants already reported return of their application packages due to cap fill.
