Hi Everyone,

I need information coz I am superbly tense right now.
I had applied for NOC 1123 on 12th Dec 2014. They received the same on 16th Dec by someone named Donna.

Still now my DD is not encashed.

I am super worried. Can someone help me with some information.

I am a 9th dec applicant...NOC 2172..... payment mode DD.....no information yet...neither from bank nor from CIC.

When did u check with the bank about DD en-cash ?

I have a question. My FBI PCC, which I sent along with the application package, has an issue date of 21st March 2014. Due to various reasons, I didn't apply till December 2014. The document checklist states that PCCs are generally valid for one year. Now, I'll probably get my PER before 21st March 2015. But the FBI PCC will not be valid by the time I get the MR and further processes. Will I have to submit a fresh FBI PCC, given that I have not been back to the US since 2008?
Any clarity on this issue will be much appreciated.

Looking at it logically you should not be needing to give another FBI PCC as you have not gone back to the U.S. but unfortunately it totally depends upon the visa officer . He might or might not ask for a new PCC ..so nothing concrete can be said ..!!

check again with your bank next week. dd takes time.

I think the NOC is capped as at Nov 3rd, It was posted on the forum by an applicant that got his package back due to NOC 1123 reaching is cap. Kindly put in for EE

By the Grace of God, Received the PER yesterday. I also would like to thank the community. Really helps a lot.

Now the question comes, What is after PER?

I am on maternity leaves. Should I update the NDVO for it? Will it affect the JOB verification?

JOB verification is compulsory and personal Interview can be waived..correct?

The general word going around in all the forums is that this NOC is capped ..you should try EE asap

Means charging a credit card or draft doesnt means we are on a safer side

It means you have scale the first completeness check, A senior officer will then check to see that you have 67 points

Kindly update about NOC 2133 as i am a 4th dec CC applicant and have not charged yet. Anybody can tell what is the latest date of CCor DD charging.
