Update is: I had to wait to have IELTS once again as last one was expired and i have sent already the full application package and fees to CIC this week Now again waiting ..... :D

hi Chosen thanks I see on the Doc Check List that if skill level is C or D, then IELTS required. My NOC is 0123 which skill level is A some one told me that to give the Old Test Result as at this level there is no issue of point EARNing. I wish if I could avoid appearing again for IELTS. THANKS
