My Friend, Their processing time for family category is 26.7 months and you are in the 26th months. I think you will receive your document update within next 2 months and you will receive your nomination maximum 31 Dec 2014!
I heard in 2012, SINP changed family category without job offer and stopped receiving that kind of applications. Do you know which month or date was it?

I your status "Application received" or "In Process" inside their website?

Another important thing is your IELTS validation time. It seems your IELTS expired now. Did you get another new result? If within next two months they ask you for document update, then you must have your IELTS result ready to send with other documents to them and you can save time for receiving your nomination letter.

I could get in to just before they stopped receiving application under family category without job offer.
I sent hard copy so i do not know how to see my status in their website. Is there any way? I have file number which i used while i inquired SINP about my application status and they gave me reply.

Yes, i think i should appear the IELTS soon.

IT WAS STOPPED FROM 1ST MAY 2012 & IT WAS PUBLISHED IN SINP WEBSITE ON 2ND MAY 2012.

29 months since i applied in february 2012 and this month in july i have to send the ielts results..i hope it won't last more

i didn't send the results from the first ielts exam i took because they didn't meet the requirements so this will be the first ielts results i will send...in this case isnt't about update ...they did ask for some updated docs from the family who lives in canada

Hi All,

Like to inform you that I received additional documents requests after 24 months of waiting.

Al Ham du Lillah.

Unfortunately I received their email lately due to miscommunication. I sent an email to them immediately with regret and ask them for another 3 weeks time. In the letter they asked for:

1. Passport update for me and my son as our passport is having now only 1 years validity.
2. Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months
3. Updated Travel History Form
4. My Sister's (Family Referral) PR and Job Reference Letters
5. My one of old employer's Job Reference Letter detailing my job duties.

Coincidentally, my sister's PR has expired recently and she will get it back / renewed by end of August-14. I wrote them stating this reason and requested them to give me time up to end of August.

Next day, they called on my sister's phone and told her that at first instant to send them only two documents within next 10 days:

1. Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months
2. My Sister's (Family Referral) Job Reference Letters

I could send all documents except passports update within next 2 days. I applied for passport renewal and will get them by 3rd Week.

I sent all scanned documents via email to them as per their instruction and received automated acknowledgement.

I am thankful to Allah that after a long wait, i get something from SINP.

Hope they are working fast with all the application.

I received my nomination letter yesterday.

Al ham dulillah.

just immediate after I deposited all additional docs requested, in three weeks, I received Nomination letter.
Now getting prepared for submitting application to CIO.
I am afraid that wheather CIO will ask me New IELTS as my one is expired already.
Any idea?

my relative were in summer tour so my nomination remained unnoticed
they forwarded that to me on 11 Sep

hi i am currently working as fca here in SK, i am sinp nominated, i already passed my docs to cic under hospitality. My work permit will expired june 2015, is it allowed to apply now or sooner in an open work permit?

One question renewing a MRP will change the passport number aswell?

Update is:

I had to wait to have IELTS once again as last one was expired and i have sent already the full application package and fees to CIC this week

Now again waiting .....
