show them a copy of your "GENERIC APPLICATION FORM" along with the courier receipt you already have, I did the same and got the 2nd TRF from British Council, this is your right to ask for 2nd TRF as mentioned here...

Dears, I have 10 years of work experience but could only provide reference letter for 9 years,I dont need the point of that 1 year as it is already 6+ year of work experience, do you think this will cause rejection of my application?! thanks
