Hello, the embassy does not accept the calls as they don't respond on the phone, they also don't accept enquiries by phone so it is not a common thing to do so.

when we requested our GSCM notes back on Sept/Oct, the date generated was after 23 days from when we requested the Notes. but we received them after 30 days from when we requested it, so it's like they collected our informations from the system just 7 days before they sent it to us.
