Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) is an open work permit that doesn't bind you to work in a specific field/organisation. Once you get your PGWP you can work in any field of your choice.

1. Your spouse can apply for TRV and show marriage certificate as proof of marriage. If the VO is satisfied from your ties and financials etc then your spouse will be issued TRV which will be valid till the validity of your SP. 2. You don't have to reapply.
