Yeah an affidavit is just like what katj2684 described. And if you translated all the documents from one translator, then single affidavit will work for all the translations.

I did the same - had it translated from the scanned copy. But I have affidavit too. If you got the scan of original document, scan of translated document and scan of affidavit from the translator, then you are good.

I translated my Spanish police certificate from one of the ATIO certified translators. She happily translated from my scanned copy and sent me the translated copy and affidavit in both email and regular mail. Anybody did the test in Ottawa? Looking for price ranges in Ottawa and also the waiting time to get the appointment. I am expecting to get the ITA in next draw and planning ahead :)
