It was a part of initial document checklist. For EE, the medical has to be submitted along with the rest of the documents while you submit the application. Yes, it is updated on myCIC application status.

    Personal activities with ITA

I am under 28. I filled in just fine. I opted for reverse chronology, so my last entry was my 18th birthday. For example, if you were doing abc from 14-19 years, just fill in you were doing abc from 18-19 years. I had no problem in this section, not even once.

Anyone recieved an ITA under CEC and NOT had POF required in personal checklist?

The rules are general ones, once you submit your application they review it on case-by-case basis. So, since you are already here, maybe you can strengthen your case by showing pay stubs? Or maybe show your investments too, if any? Luckily I had the needed amount saved.

Anyone recieved an ITA under CEC and NOT had POF required in personal checklist?

In Canada. No LMIA. Invited under CEC. Asked to show PoF. It is not your choice to not upload PoF documents if CIC asks for one. You cannot submit the profile if PoF is listed in your profile as required document.

    POF - RBC

Yes. Just go to the office and ask for one. We booked an appointment first through phone and then they produced the letter once we are the office. Normally they charge you for the letter though.

After ITA - what are the requirements to translation?

And the cost varies. You have to ask them to know for sure. I saw a huge difference. They quoted from $20 to $ 75 for the same document. Normally, the affidavit is included in this cost. But, just ask them to make sure.

After ITA - what are the requirements to translation?

Yeah an affidavit is just like what katj2684 described. And if you translated all the documents from one translator, then single affidavit will work for all the translations.

After ITA - what are the requirements to translation?

I did the same - had it translated from the scanned copy. But I have affidavit too. If you got the scan of original document, scan of translated document and scan of affidavit from the translator, then you are good.

After ITA - what are the requirements to translation?

I translated my Spanish police certificate from one of the ATIO certified translators. She happily translated from my scanned copy and sent me the translated copy and affidavit in both email and regular mail. If you translate it from outside Canada (and few other countries), getting an affidavit...

Goes back to "In Progress" always after "Complete"

Yes, same here. I wouldn't worry about it though. I will only 'update' it on the day I will be submitting the application.
