plz anyone know reply me about returning to canada

From what I know, the application of your PGWP will be cancelled as soon as you leave Canada. I.e. you should not make a trip outside of Canada until you receive your PGWP, doesn't matter if your study permit will still be valid or not.

What does "Work on campus" mean?

Yes. Just be aware that you can work up to 20 hours per week during school time (with full-time study) and work full-time during scheduled school breaks (summer) given that you are a full time student for the Fall and Winter semesters.
